Our couriers make deliveries between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday (except bank holidays)
Orders placed at the weekend or over bank holidays will be processed on the first available working day.
For orders placed before 1pm for destinations within Ireland – you can expect Next Working Day delivery between 9am and 5pm.
For orders placed before 1pm for destinations within UK – you can expect 72 Hour delivery on Work Days between 9am and 5pm
For orders placed before 1pm (Irish Time) for destinations within Europe delivery can be expected as indicated when selecting product and clicking on country delivery field.
Greedy Goose Hampers will not accept responsibility of late delivery for orders received after 1pm cut off.

IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT AT HOME TO ACCEPT DELIVERY
If the courier finds the recipient not at home, a notification will be left through the door informing the recipient of the depot to contact and that delivery will be attempted the next working day.
If delivery has not been successfully achieved after two attempts we will contact the sender for further instructions. Refunds cannot be provided in this instance when delivery has been attempted on two occasions. The company will charge additional costs that may be incurred due to the return of goods to our premises via the courier.
PROVIDING CORRECT DELIVERY INFORMATION
The customer is responsible for providing the correct daytime delivery address and postcode together with a daytime telephone number. The daytime telephone number will only be used to assist delivery and not for re scheduling delivery.
The company will not accept responsibility for late or non delivery if the recipient details are incorrect or the recipient is unable to receive the delivery. The company will charge additional costs that may be incurred due to the return of goods to our premises via the courier
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
In all circumstances Greedy Goose Hampers will make every effort to deliver on the requested day, however, in situations out of our control such as adverse weather conditions there may be a delay and therefore we are unable to guarantee delivery within the stated parameters outlined above.
Goods despatched and docketed shall be evidence of delivery and risk of product is then the responsibility of the customer.
In the unlikely event of non delivery, notification must be made within 14 days after confirmation of goods despatched. Greedy Goose Hampers will not be responsible for goods being held by Custom Authorities or any unforeseen and unavoidable force majeure.
