Greedy Goose Hampers operate an online retail gift hamper service with registered offices at Tullinacarra, Swinford, F12 A470, Co. Mayo, Ireland. Customer Order Data is digitally recorded and retained within Sales Order Processing for the purpose of contract fulfilment and held for a period of six years for financial tax records and for Health & Safety food traceability for a three-year period.
Customer Account Data is held on an individual permission consent basis which provides Customer options to receive different types of marketing email correspondence. The email information options include Newsletters, Seasonal Offers, Competition Offers, Business & Public Relation Updates. This information is not sold to other parties.
To enable our business operation, we use third party software. All personal data shared with third parties is conducted under the EU GDPR regulations in which there is a shared responsibility with Greedy Goose Hampers and that of third parties. These sites are governed by their own privacy policies and you are encouraged to review their privacy policies before providing them with personal information. Greedy Goose Hampers is not responsible for the content or information practices of such third parties. Greedy Goose Hamper website data and back up data is held on servers managed in Dublin. The hosting service exclusively manages the hosting operation and does not have access to data.

All digital data managed both online and that residing at Greedy Goose Hampers office is robustly maintained and secured by anti-theft, anti-corruption software.
- Merchant Services Data
Card payment transactions are managed through secured encryption payment gateway to selected services of PayPal and WorldPay. We confirm that no card details in relation of payment of transactions are recorded or held either in hardcopy or digitally by Greedy Goose Hampers.
- Accountability
In accordance with European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 General Data Protection the appointed Data Controller within the business of Greedy Goose Hampers is responsible for the lawful, fair and transparent personal data management and notification of any incident of data breach of both digital or hard copy format both from within the business and third-party data process management.
