Attyflin Apple Juice. A clear pressed apple juice with a non-sweetened rounded flavour. No additional sugars added so there is a refreshing level of natural tartness balanced with the sweetness.
Attyflin Pear Chutney. One of the more delicate chutneys where the vinegar does not overcome the soft pear flavour. Just a hint of ginger makes the a pleasant zing and is delightful with cheese.
Attyflin Plum Sauce. Quite a revelation. Not in the least spicy as some recipes we have tried and makes a great accompaniment to roasted or grilled pork. This Plum Sauce also adds an interesting smooth sweetness to cheese, and the texture is similar to that of a quince preserve.
